** TRIO SmartCal Prologger II is currently supported by importing the Data from the manufacturers own STD Downloader utility. The STD Downloader Utility has a dedicated option to output (Export) the Data in SimplyPats format.

Manual Test Entry

SimplyPats also allows you to add tests manually. You can manually add tests to an existing file, even if it has been downloaded from one of the Portable Appliance Testers listed above, if you do this it will use the test limits from the PAT.

If you manually enter tests in a new file, you have the option to add your own tests limits.
The software will automatically accept downloaded test results, these can be used to produce comprehensive and professional looking reports. Tests can also be entered Manually, ideal if you have an older PAT Tester without a download option.
An Invoice can also be produced automatically using Price and Repair Codes downloaded from your PAT (if Supported), while reports can be exported in popular formats such as MS Word™, MS Excel™, HTML, PDF.  You have the option of exporting Data in MS Access format (MDB) all within this PAT Test Data Management System.

Downloading to SimplyPats is simplicity itself, just connect your PAT Tester to your PC using the cable supplied with your tester, tell SimplyPats which PAT Tester you are using i.e. Seaward Supernova, choose a baud rate (download speed) and click on the download data icon.
